there, the owner, Mr. Kadawi was made some Sate Bandeng. In making this Sate
Bandeng is difficult enough.Once the fish is washed, cleaned the
inside of the fish, spines
broken and pulled
out of the fish,
and meat is also removed
from the body of the fish so that only the remaining skin, after the fish is grinded, then
the meat repeatedly mixing with a mixture of onion, garlic and brown sugar. Once refined, it is given

Traditional food of Roasted Sumsum Rice
Wrapped
in leaves, rice marrow that was ready to be burned has been stood in line by hundreds of customers. Within 4 hours, 800 packs of roasted rice sumsum were eaten by the customer disappears. Wow, amazing, right? one person is usually not quite satisfied with just eating one pack. Usually to the size of my stomach, could be 3 packs of roasted rice. While the customer named Mrs. Frangki that sit in front of me, it slowly but surely spend 5 packs of roasted rice sumsum. Extraordinary. Though portions are not too little, but because the taste is so good, make people willing to come out of the shop just by eating a pack of course. What about the taste? Here it is unique. In my sight, how to make roasted rice sumsum is quite troublesome. First, the marinade is a blend mixture of different kinds of spices and peppers are 'dideplok' or it being mashed. In the mash with the pestle until it is completely soft, then mixed into the rice and then fried like to cook fried rice. After that, the rice is placed in the leaf and in the marrow given the choice of quality and lemongrass. Then, immediately burned when customers ordered. The result
is increasingly tasty savory rice because there is marrow in it. Hm .... yummy ... it was pretty spicy if you do not like spicy, but spicy generated will not make you stop eating. For
example, I
am not
a connoisseur of spicy, but spicy rice sum because this sum is fresh, made me able to spend 3 servings of roasted rice sumsum.
